Canyoning, also known as gorge walking, is an outdoor activity that takes you through natural canyons and streams, following the course of the water through waterfalls carved into rock, crystal-clear pools, thrilling jumps and natural water slides shaped by time.
No technical experience is required: you just need to know how to swim, be in reasonable physical condition and be ready to immerse yourself in nature. Every descent is a perfect blend of adventure, fun and discovery suitable for first-timers and experienced adventurers alike.

Do I need previous experience for canyoning?
No, you don’t need any technical experience. Our guides will teach you everything you need to know before the descent begins. The only requirements are knowing how to swim, being in reasonable physical condition and not being afraid of water.
What is the minimum age for canyoning?
The minimum age is 8 years old for the easier routes (such as Civago and Bagnone), while for the more challenging canyons the recommended age is 12-14 and above. Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
What should I bring?
Just a swimsuit (to wear under the wetsuit), a towel and trekking shoes or trainers that can get wet (no flip-flops or sandals). All the technical equipment – 5mm neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness, lanyards and carabiners – is included and provided by us.
How long does a canyoning trip last?
The total duration ranges from 3 to 5 hours, of which approximately 2-3 hours are spent in the water. The time includes the initial briefing, getting kitted up, the transfer to the start point and the descent itself.
How much does a canyoning trip cost?
Prices start from €65 per person for a half-day outing. The cost includes your Mountain Guide, all technical equipment and insurance. For training courses, prices are €180 (Beginner) and €240 (Advanced).
Is canyoning safe?
Like any outdoor activity, canyoning involves risks that are minimised thanks to the experience of our guides, certified equipment and strict safety procedures. Our Mountain Guides have over 10 years’ experience and are specifically trained in risk management in river environments. All participants are covered by insurance.
What happens if it rains?
In case of adverse weather conditions or unsafe water levels, the trip is rescheduled in agreement with participants. Safety always comes first. We constantly monitor weather forecasts and stream levels.
